Do you want to be part of driving the energy transition – for real?
At Öresundskraft, we don’t just talk about sustainability. We lead the transition through local energy, smart solutions, and close collaboration with our customers. We are now looking for a Communicator who wants to make a difference for 125,000 customers – and for the planet.
The position is a temporary contract during parental leave starting in spring 2026 until autumn 2027, with a possible extension.
Why this role is important
The energy industry is rapidly changing. At the same time, we know that many feel anxiety, uncertainty, and sometimes helplessness in the face of climate challenges. Our role is to show that change is possible – and to make it concrete, local, and accessible.
We will:
- Inspire smarter energy choices
- Make complex issues understandable
- Create world-class customer experiences
- Build trust through transparency and clarity
This is where you come in!
About the role
As a Communicator/Communication Business Partner, you will be part of Corporate Communications and work closely with the business focusing on our B2C customers.
You will be responsible for:
- Creating engaging, audience-targeted content in digital channels.
- Leading and coordinating communication campaigns together with the advertising agency.
- Managing media purchases in dialogue with our media agency.
- Ensuring that product communication and brand always go hand in hand.
- Contributing to content structure and lifecycle management in our CMS.
- Working data-driven with SEO, conversion, and loyalty.
- Following up, analyzing, and optimizing communication based on insights.
You will work closely with colleagues in Corporate Communications, the marketing department, and our cross-functional business team for private customers. You will report to Anders Lundblad, head of Corporate Communications.
What you contribute to
When you succeed in the role, you will help:
- Make the energy transition understandable and possible for our customers
- Strengthen trust in Öresundskraft's sustainability efforts
- Create engagement that leads to actual behavior changes
- Advance our brand through clear, bold, and value-driven communication
We are a positive climate activist – and that should be evident in every message.
Who we are looking for
You are a skilled communicator with at least 3-5 years of experience in B2C and have experience working closely with business and customer journeys. You combine creative height with structure and analysis.
We believe that you:
- Are an excellent writer with a strong sense of tone.
- Can package complex issues in a clear and engaging way based on the target audience – experience in energy and sustainability issues is a strong merit.
- Have experience in campaign work with an agency.
- Preferably have experience in media purchasing.
- Are used to working in CMS, analytics tools, and marketing automation.
- Are comfortable using AI tools in your daily work.
- Have relevant post-secondary education in communication/media or equivalent work experience.
- Have excellent collaboration skills and thrive in cross-functional collaborations.
- Have a genuine commitment to sustainability issues.
